BCBA - Remote

Eligibility is limited to certified BCBAs, BCaBAs, and RBTs currently completing graduate coursework toward BCBA certification. Monthly Performance Bonus $7,000 – $18,000 annually (paid monthly)

Most BCBA roles ask you to balance caseload size, clinical quality, and paperwork — and something usually gives. You'll lead ABA therapy for a defined group of clients, designing individualized treatment plans, running functional behavior assessments, and guiding the technicians who deliver direct services day to day. Parents and caregivers see real change because the programming actually matches their child, and because you have the time, tools, and team to support it.

Guide and supervise Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in delivering excellent ABA services.

Carry out functional behavior assessments and modify programming based on data and professional judgment.

Offer impactful parent coaching and family training to sustain progress between therapy sessions.

Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a comparable area of study (for BCBA holders).

Valid BCBA or BCaBA certification with the BACB (or valid RBT certification combined with ongoing graduate coursework pointing toward BCBA certification).

Eligibility to pass a background screening covering criminal background and driving record.

Track record of creating parent and caregiver training programs.

Clear written and verbal communication capabilities for working with families and documenting treatment.

History of supervising behavior technicians or RBTs in a center‑style ABA environment.

Monthly bonus structure delivering up to $18,000 in additional annual income.

In the interest of client safety and security, this position is subject to a background screening which can include — but is not limited to — review of criminal records and driving history.
