Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN, NICU to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Provide care to neonatal patients in a Level II NICU setting.
Perform short-term intubation and manage PPN/Lipids, and EPIVs.
Ensure proper management of respiratory distress syndrome (RDS) and NOWS/NAS.
Monitor and provide care for feeder/growers, sepsis, and failure to thrive cases.
Float to postpartum to care for stable couplets; potential to float to pediatrics as needed.

Minimum of 2 years NICU experience required.
Experience with Epic charting system preferred.
Flexibility to float to similar units as required.
Travel experience and ability to handle neonatal care independently.
