Preschool Childcare Lead Teacher

About the Role Mommy's Moment Day Care is looking for a passionate and dedicated NC Pre-K Lead Teacher to join our caring team in Fayetteville, NC! In this rewarding role, you'll have the opportunity to shape the foundation of young learners' lives through play-based, developmentally appropriate instruction. Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment for preschool-aged children
Conduct ongoing child assessments and maintain accurate developmental records
Collaborate with assistant teachers and support staff to ensure a cohesive learning experience
Participate in required professional development, training, and staff meetings
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (required for NC Pre-K Lead Teacher designation)
NC Pre-K Lead Teacher licensure or eligibility preferred
Experience working with preschool-aged children in a licensed childcare or Pre-K setting
Knowledge of NC Foundations for Early Learning and Development standards
Strong communication, organizational, and classroom management skills
Warm, patient, and nurturing demeanor with a genuine passion for early childhood education
