Undergraduate Recruiter

Internal Recruiter | Full-Cycle Recruiting

Location: Atlanta, Georgia (On-site)

At Waste Removal USA, we’re growing—and we’re looking for an Internal Recruiter who can help us find the people who will help us continue that growth.

This is a hands‑on recruiting role where you’ll own the recruiting process from identifying hiring needs to finding, screening, interviewing, and coordinating qualified candidates through the hiring process. You’ll work directly with Hiring Managers and company leadership to understand what we’re looking for, build candidate pipelines, and help us consistently put the right people in the right seats.

You’ll be responsible for managing the full‑cycle recruiting process across a variety of positions throughout the company.

Partnering with Hiring Managers and leadership to understand current and future hiring needs

Sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, databases, and other recruiting channels

Reviewing resumes and applications and identifying qualified candidates

Conducting phone screens and initial interviews

Coordinating interviews between candidates, Hiring Managers, and leadership

Maintaining consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process

Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified candidates

Providing Hiring Managers with candidate feedback and recommendations

Supporting new-hire onboarding and orientation

Maintaining accurate recruiting and hiring documentation

Identifying opportunities to improve recruiting processes, efficiency, and candidate experience

This is a hands‑on recruiting position. You’ll be expected to take ownership of your recruiting pipeline, stay organized, and continuously find better ways to attract and hire great people.

Consistently keep qualified candidates moving through the recruiting process

Build strong candidate pipelines before positions become urgent

Develop productive relationships with Hiring Managers and candidates

Communicate clearly and consistently throughout the hiring process

Adapt quickly as hiring priorities change

Continuously improve recruiting strategies and processes

2-5+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or related HR experience

Experience recruiting across multiple departments and job types

Strong sourcing skills and experience using job boards, social media, and professional networking platforms

Comfortable working directly with Hiring Managers and company leadership

A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
