Join Our Team as a Medical Records ClerkEnsure Accuracy, Compliance, and Confidentiality in Resident Documentation We're seeking a Medical Records Clerk to join our growing team! Your Impact as a Medical Records Clerk In this role, you will:

Organize and maintain the facility's medical records system in compliance with company, state, and federal regulations. Code and quantify records for residents from admission through discharge. Assist with the development and implementation of medical record policies and procedures. Conduct quarterly resident chart audits to ensure compliance and accuracy. Holds a Medical Records certification (preferred). Demonstrates strong clerical and office function skills. Has knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare documentation practices.
