Job TitleChief of Military Programs and Project Management BranchJob DescriptionDutiesServes as the Chief of Military Programs and Project Management Branch, responsible for vertical and horizontal integration to produce military projects and manage the program for the district.Manages all aspects of military programs and project management, ensuring development of project scope, budgets, schedules, and procurement strategies in keeping with program goals.Plans and assigns work to subordinates, determines schedules, evaluates performance, advises on administrative matters, and identifies training needs.Manages the District's military reimbursable program, ensuring that accepted and funded projects are executed in keeping with overall program objectives and that there is adequate contract capacity.Ensures customer expectations and Corps performance potential are compatible by identifying customer options, ensuring customer-care prevails, and using quality design and construction techniques.Requirements Conditions of employmentAppointment may be subject to a suitability determination, as required by a SECRET Tier 3, Non-Critical Sensitive, Moderate Risk security clearance by a completed background investigation.This position has been designated as performing Project and/or Program Management functions.
