Job TitleRole Overview:To support people who live with intellectual and other developmental disabilities to acquire and/or enhance their basic living, social, educational, & employment skills with the primary goal of community integration and support to obtain competitive employment or to engage in retirement activities. (Walk-in Interviews available from Monday-Friday, 10:00 am-2:00 pm) at the Main Office at 1900 Mount Holly Road, Suite 600A, Burlington, New Jersey 08016Requirements:Age Requirement: 18 years or olderEducation Requirement: A high school diploma or EquivalentSubmit Two Professional ReferencesA valid Driver's License is requiredSubmit a drug screening per Stephen Komninos' Law (subject to random drug screening throughout employment)Submit a New Jersey Central Registry review.Submit a (MVR) Motor Vehicle ReviewSubmit a (CARI) Child Abuse Registry reviewPass criminal background Investigation reviewSubmit an Annual Physical indicating (Satisfactory)Tuberculosis exam (by Mantoux method) or Chest X-ray resulting (Negative) free from disease in a communicable formVaccination Requirements: Vaccination is requiredSubmit CPR & First Aid (In-person training)Certification: Complete Crisis Prevention and Intervention (CPI) certificationComplete IdentoGo Fingerprinting
