Gastroenterologist – Central New York - 1 hour from Syracuse; 4 hours from NYC and Boston

Seeking BC/BE Gastroenterologist to help build and grow a new Gastroenterology service line
Plan to recruit 3–4 Gastroenterologists to establish a comprehensive GI department
Advanced endoscopic procedures welcome but not required

Collaborative environment with experienced BC/BE physician partners across specialties
Inpatient and outpatient practice mix supported by modern facilities
Visa support available (J-1 candidates welcome)

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive guaranteed base salary: $480,000–$530,000 (MGMA-aligned)
• Two-year employed agreement with opportunity to transition to shareholder status
• Lower Upstate New York malpractice insurance environment
