Job DescriptionThe Grounds Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and appearance of outdoor property areas. This position focuses on litter removal, waste collection, cleaning exterior spaces, and supporting overall facility cleanliness. No landscaping or lawn care duties are required.Location: 6305 E Hampden Ave Denver CO 8022 Shift: 7:00AM-10:00AM Mon-Friday Payrate: $20.00 HourlyThe pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position.
