At FriendShip, our Retail Sales Associates are the heart of our stores. In this role, you'll deliver Wicked Awesome Customer Service (WACS), help maintain Clean and Bright Stores (CABS), and prepare our FResh, Delicious, and ReaDY (FREDDY) food items where applicable. You'll create a welcoming environment for our guests while supporting daily store operations as part of a people-first team.
Stock, rotate, and merchandise products

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment
• Prepare and serve food items following company standards (where applicable)
• Support team members to ensure smooth daily operations
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines

Friendly, positive attitude and strong customer service skills
• Retail or food service experience is a plus, but not required
