Position Overview Davco Roofing & Sheet Metal is seeking an experienced a seasoned professional construction Project Manager with extensive experience in glazing, building envelope and pre‑engineered metal buildings. This person will have intimate knowledge of curtain wall, insulated metal wall panels, aluminum composite material, rainscreen cladding systems, roofing systems, and 3‑plate structural systems. Skills required:
Project Management skills from the sub‑contractor perspective.
Management of the gross margin preservation and growth.
Auto‑Cad and Sketch Up capable.
Professional communication skills.
Dynamic problem solving abilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment with minimal supervision.
