Responsibilities:
Provide routine individualized care to the elderly, convalescents, or persons with disabilities
Monitor and report changes in patient health status
Provide personal care, such as bathing and dressing patients
Provide specialized healthcare such as administering medication and changing bandages
Teach family members ways to care for the patient
Experience in hospice, home health, or other related fields
Ability to handle physical workload

Oasis currently has (and is bringing on) long-term clients. These clients need qualified caregivers for hourly shifts which currently vary in length (from 2-12 hours a day), depending on the client. We have a primary need for daytime caregivers. (If you already have your state HCA number and clearance, you are eligible for priority screening)

Requirements:
At least one year of recent caregiving experience
Reliable transportation
Flexible hours/scheduling with the ability to work weekends and holidays as needed
Ability to effectively handle difficult and sensitive issues, and maintain confidentiality
Must clear 5 background checks and drug screen
Must be registered or willing to register with the state as a Home Care Aide as required by law.

Qualifications:

Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly, professional and respectful manner
