CC216830 Adult Day Care - Hialeah
Carry out plan of care activities within the CNA scope of practice as directed.
bathing, skin care, dressing, grooming, Foley care, decubitus preventive care, hair care, mouth care, eating, hand and food nail care, and toileting) as assigned per the care plan under the direction of the supervisor.
Throughout the day, assist in maintaining clean and orderly day care center rooms, serving area, personal care areas and other areas of the center as directed.
Accompany enrollee to medical and other appointments as requested.
Assist transportation staff with the loading and unloading of participants from vehicles.
Serves meals and assist participants as needed with feeding & other needs as necessary. Reports participant food & fluid intake as needed into medical record and communicates any issues to the Activity Coordinator or Registered Dietician.
Maintains availability to assist during crisis or emergency situations.
Accurately documents participant observation following Eldercare protocol.
Participate in and support Quality Initiatives
License/Registration/Certification
State of Florida Nursing Assistant Certification. CPR and First Aid Certification required. First Aid may be completed in first 90 days.

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
