MAINTENANCE & RELIABILITY ENGINEERING JOBS

Lead and develop the facilities reliability program to support safe, efficient, and compliant operations
Partner with Maintenance, Production, and Engineering teams to ensure reliability and maintainability of new and modified equipment

Define, design, implement, monitor, and continuously improve maintenance strategies, including:
Value-added preventive maintenance tasks
Predictive maintenance and non-destructive testing methodologies

Analyze repetitive equipment failures and develop sustainable solutions impacting:
Production capacity
Product quality
Regulatory and safety compliance

Provide technical support to maintenance and production personnel during routine and urgent equipment issues
Develop and implement training programs to strengthen Maintenance team capabilities

Strong planning and organizational skills
Proven ability to solve complex engineering and equipment-related problems
Willingness and ability to work in the field alongside mechanics and operators, including responding to urgent critical equipment issues
Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering preferred)
Minimum 5+ years of experience in a Reliability Engineering or Reliability Specialist role
Previous experience in a maintenance role (Manager, Supervisor, or Technician) strongly preferred
