As a Security Officer r in Hockley, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Part-Time Security Officer, you can build a schedule that works for you and explore new roles using our Claim a Shift platform. As a Patrol Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour Security Experience - +1 Years
What You'll Do: Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or delivery drivers while carrying out site‑specific security‑related procedures and emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, warehouse areas, loading docks, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify unusual conditions and help to deter unauthorized activity.
Monitor access points and visitor traffic, verify credentials as required by site procedures, and document entries, exits, deliveries, and/or incidents.
notify appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders when needed.
Prepare accurate activity reports and communicate observations, concerns, and security‑related information to Allied Universal supervision and site leadership.
At least 1 year of security‑related experience is required.
A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
