Our agency is looking for a confident and highly motivated individual that's interested in a great sales opportunity. Great earnings with future long term career advancement available. As an Insurance Sales Representative you will make outbound calls to generate appointments and market a wide range of insurance products and services.

Our entry Level Producers make $36,000 a year, and those that become experienced in Sales can make upward of $100,000 and more.

Responsibilities

Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.

Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.

Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.

Process customer policy change requests.

Verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information.

Share training and education knowledge and expertise with team members.

Requirements

Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.

Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.

Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.

Be a fantastic presenter.

Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude.

A Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
