CNA Day Shift
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our dedicated team at Eastern Star Home in Oriskany, NY. As a CNA Day Shift, you will provide high-quality nursing care to our residents, ensuring their daily needs are met with dignity and respect. As a CNA Day Shift at Eastern Star Home, you will be responsible for providing routine, daily nursing care to assigned residents, following established nursing care procedures and as directed by your supervisor. You will also participate in and receive report from the nurse upon reporting for duty, review Resident Care Profiles daily, and assist residents with daily living activities.

Provide routine, daily nursing care to assigned residents, following established nursing care procedures and as directed by your supervisor

Review Resident Care Profiles daily to ensure appropriate nursing care

Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, oral hygiene, and hairstyling

Report all changes in resident condition, accidents, and incidents to the Charge Nurse

Perform all assignments and tasks in accordance with established policies and procedures

Demonstrate a positive attitude, interact with residents, visitors, physicians, volunteers, and co-workers in a friendly and helpful manner

High School Diploma and Nursing Assistant certification

On-the-job or equivalent training in nursing procedures

Competitive hourly rate of $ $21 - $22.5 per hour
