Physical Therapist – Outpatient Clinic
Schedule: Full-Time | 40 Hours Per Week
Onsite | Single-Location Clinic | No Travel
Employment Type: Full Time, Monday - Friday
Base Salary: $85k - $100k / year + Bonus
Medical, dental, and vision insurance (Aetna)
- 750 annual CEU reimbursement
- We are currently seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team in Tucson, AZ. 1-2 Year Track to Clinic Director (Making $150k+ / year)
- Opportunity to mentor 1–2 Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs)
- Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and design individualized care plans
Provide hands-on, evidence-based interventions (manual therapy, therapeutic exercise)
Supervise PTAs to ensure continuity and quality of care
Educate patients and families on care goals and at-home strategies
Collaborate with referring providers and participate in team planning sessions
Licensed or license-eligible Physical Therapist in Arizona
Comfortable managing a structured, patient-focused caseload
Experience with manual therapy or dry needling is a plus, though not required
