Client / Customer Care Rep

Join our veterinary team at a newly renovated state-of-the-art facility dedicated to providing exceptional care for animals. We are a five doctor practice that offers both general and urgent/emergent care. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in delivering top-notch care to our furry patients.

Job Description Greet clients and patients warmly in person and over the phone

Answer questions regarding clinic services, procedures, pricing, and policies

Maintain clinic aesthetics by keeping a clean, organized, and welcoming space

Adhere to clinic policies, procedures, and confidentiality requirements

Qualifications Experience in a Veterinary Clinic or animal care setting

Bilingual is a plus - not required

Comfort working around animals of varying sizes and temperaments, including exotic animals

Job Type: Full-time or part-time

Pay: The base hourly range for this position is $15.00 - $20.00. The range provided for each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for the position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
