Key Qualifications:
Active, unencumbered RN license
At least 2 years of recent CVICU (Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit) experience
BLS and ACLS certifications required
Strong critical thinking, assessment, and communication skills
Adaptable and comfortable in fast-paced, high-acuity settings
Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care in the CVICU
Monitor, assess, and respond rapidly to changes in patient status
Administer medications and manage advanced life-support equipment
Educate patients and families on care plans and recovery
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes
Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in the electronic health record

$2,401 - $2,627/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 36 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
