The Role: We’re hiring an entry-level Sales Representative to prospect, qualify, and close new business in the Cincinnati market. You’ll work alongside experienced sellers, compete in regular sales contests, and receive hands-on coaching to accelerate your success.
Generate leads via cold outreach (phone, email, social) and follow up inbound interest
Track activity and pipeline in CRM; Participate in team competitions, training, and performance reviews
0-2 years sales experience or strong competitive background (retail, hospitality, athletics, fundraising, etc.)
Valid driver’s license as needed for local travel
Competitive base + uncapped commission structure; Clear promotion path and ongoing sales coaching
Performance-based bonuses, regular contests, and recognition
Energetic, competitive team culture and modern office in Cincinnati
