LabCorp is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our team at 591 Redwood Highway Suite 2100 Mill Valley, CA 94941.
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:15 am to 4:15 pm overtime and rotating weekends may be required
Job Responsibilities Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups
Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner
Process billing information and collect payments when required
Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis
Provide superior customer service to all patients
Administrative and clerical duties as necessary
Travel to additional sites when needed
Basic Qualifications High School Diploma or GED or equivalent
Valid California State issued Phlebotomy License
Preferred Qualifications 1 or more months of experience as a phlebotomist
Additional Job Standards In lieu of state license requirement listed above, an application for a phlebotomy license filed with the CA Department of Health at time of hire may meet license requirement.
Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service
Comfortable working under minimal supervision
Flexibility to work overtime as needed
Able to attend 2‑week training in California

We are currently seeking a phlebotomist to work in either a Patient Service Center or Client office. In this role you will provide exceptional customer service, perform skilled specimen collections and be the face of the company. QUARTERLY INCENTIVE BONUS PROGRAM PST’s may be eligible for participation in the PST Incentive Plan, which pays a quarterly bonus based on performance metrics Pay Range: $23.00 - $33.00
