Preparation is the foundation of cooking, and a Prep Cook lays the groundwork for all of the beautiful dishes created in the kitchen. Making everything from sauces to sides, this individual is efficient but does not cut corners, knowing that a consistent product is essential to the integrity and flavor of the final product. Maintaining good kitchen safety and sanitation

Experience with commercial restaurant cooking equipment

Ability to follow sanitation and cleanliness procedures

Culinary degree or related restaurant experience is preferred

Great communication skills with both front and back of the house
