Valet Attendant

13.00$20.00+ per hour, including base pay and tips. Starting base pay: $10.00 per hour. Schedule: Full-time and part-time opportunities.

Tips vary based on hours worked, location, guest volume, service performance, and customer interactions. Parking Management Company (PMC) is hiring friendly, dependable Valet Attendants to provide exceptional service at luxury hotels, resorts, restaurants, healthcare facilities, and event venues.

As a Valet Attendant, you will be the first person guests meet when they arrive and the last person they see when they leave. Inspect vehicles and accurately document existing damage.

Help manage traffic flow in the valet area.

Keep the valet stand and surrounding areas clean and organized.

Accurately report tips according to company policy.

Complete required training and attend scheduled staff meetings.

Reliable transportation to and from work.

Strong communication and customer-service skills.

Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.

Previous hospitality, valet, or customer-service experience is preferred but not required.

Work outdoors in heat, cold, rain, and other weather conditions.

Additional Employment Information

This position is classified as non-exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is eligible for overtime pay in accordance with applicable law. All hourly rates will meet or exceed the minimum wage requirements for the applicable work location.

Employees may be required to use a personal mobile phone for work-related communication and approved applications. Reimbursement will be handled according to company policy and applicable law.
