Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Company: Job Type: Full-Time | Salaried
At Foundational Pathways, we are passionate about delivering individualized, high-quality ABA services that empower children and families to thrive. We are seeking a BCBA to join our dedicated team in Worcester, MA. This role offers a supportive environment, manageable caseloads, and a structured salary model with strong benefits.
We offer two full-time salaried tiers based on preferred caseload and billable expectations:
Weekdays: Flexibility preferred; Saturdays: Availability required during 8:30 AM - 2:00 PM (some Saturdays)
90 hours of combined PTO accrued annually (sick, vacation, personal)
- 7 paid holidays per year
- Medical, Dental & Vision insurance
- Mileage reimbursement
- Reimbursement for required licensing, board certification, and CEUs
- CEU reimbursement up to $500 annually (may be rolled over)
120 hours of combined PTO accrued annually (sick, vacation, personal)

Active BCBA certification (required)
Experience working with children and adolescents with ASD
Reliable transportation for in-home/community-based services
