The Role

Senior Recruiter works with clients to deliver recruitment services, focusing on high‑touch candidate relationship management and client responsiveness. They are the subject‑matter expert on applicant tracking systems, sourcing methodologies, and recruitment process effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

Create and execute multi‑channel sourcing strategies to meet client profiles and build talent pools.

Conduct timely, professional interactions with clients and set recruitment process expectations.

Identify and communicate continuous improvement opportunities.

Lead role briefings with clients.

Manage process and sourcing activities.

Follow agreed recruitment process for delivery.

Use competency interviewing to differentiate candidates during presentation and short‑listing.

Manage candidate relationships.

Communicate position opportunity and client value proposition effectively.

Required Skills

5+ years of full‑cycle recruitment experience.

5+ years of client‑facing experience with hiring managers.

5+ years of competency and behavioral interview experience.

5+ years of ATS experience.

3+ years of industry recruitment experience.

2+ years developing and executing sourcing methodologies, including market mapping, recruitment strategies and Boolean searches.

High School Diploma or equivalent.
