We are seeking a full-time Custodian/Maintenance Assistant to support our residential property in Barre, VT. Cleaning the management offices, community center, common areas, and open apartments.
Completing work orders such as minor repairs and preventative maintenance.
Utilizing the Yardi mobile app and keeping close communication with the superintendent and other staff.
The work hours for this position are 8:30am-4:30pm Monday-Friday with on-call duties shared on rotation.
We are looking for a team player with excellent communication skills and a strong customer service philosophy.

Experience in apartment maintenance is preferred.
Experience with Yardi or other work order systems is preferred.
