We are seeking a motivated individual with excellent research, writing, and communication skills to work independently and contribute to our team. Meet with clients to review information and confer with managing members and associate attorneys. Research laws, statutes, and court opinions using resources like Westlaw. Develop legal strategies and prepare contracts, documents, and memoranda. Prepare matters by gathering documents, attending meetings, and developing arguments.
