Pediatrics Neonatologist

Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY)is adding a Neonatologist to the group at NYC Health + Hospitals/Lincoln . Lincoln Medical Center is a designated Level I Trauma and Stroke Center and has Centers of Excellence in all medical specialties, including its award-winning Cancer and Breast Centers. Provide patient care in Level III NICU.
Care for newborn infants until they are ready to go home.
Provide prenatal care for high-risk infants.
Care for infants' nutrition to ensure optimal growth and development and find alternative ways to feed infants who struggle to suckle.
Teach and supervise medical students and residents.
Board Certification in Pediatrics Required.
Board Certification or Eligibility in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine Required.
Active New York State Medical License.
Additional compensation available for extra call or sessional/per diem hours.
The annual total value of the compensation package is estimated at $370,520** (board eligible) and $381,520** (board certified) , which includes the baseline salary, 401(k) contribution, sessional/per diem hours, and other factors as set forth below:

• Estimated annual compensation for 10 additional sessional/per diem hours worked per week is $55,520.
• Projected bonus of up to $40,000 (based on previous year’s average), contingent upon meeting quality and productivity targets.
• Employees are immediately vested in a 3% company contribution of base earnings. Annual Continuing Medical Education (CME) Reimbursement.
