As a Prep Cook , you’ll play a key role in supporting our all-scratch kitchen by preparing fresh ingredients, maintaining organization, and ensuring our culinary team is set up for success each day. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about food, eager to learn, and takes pride in quality and consistency.
Follow recipes and prep lists to support daily service
Maintain cleanliness and organization of prep and storage areas
Adhere to food safety, sanitation, and health standards
Assist line cooks and kitchen team as needed
Help receive and store deliveries properly
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen
Prior kitchen or prep experience preferred, but not required
Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
***Must be 18 years or older***
