WAREHOUSE INVENTORY PERSON

What We're Looking For This role assists with the efficient operation of the warehouse by performing the physical and/or administrative tasks of shipping, receiving, storing, and distributing materials and products.
Day Shift: Monday - Friday
Essential Duties/Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and quality
Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping in accordance with company standards
Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and report discrepancies
Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks or forklifts
Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and free from hazards
Support other warehouse functions as needed, including loading and unloading trucks
Minimum Requirements Must be at least 18+ years old
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Required
Preferred Requirements Basic math and reading/writing skills are needed
Basic computer skills
Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in inventory and order processing
Ascend/descend ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, poles and the like
Operating motor vehicles, industrial l vehicles, or heavy equipment

Incentive Compensation In addition to base pay, Zebra offers this role the opportunity to earn a performance-based annual cash incentive, at a target equal to 3% of base pay, in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.
