Lead Cook (Hourly Wage)

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily kitchen operations, preparing high-quality meals, and ensuring a safe and sanitary cooking environment. This position plays a crucial part in providing our residents with nutritious and delicious meals that meet their dietary needs and preferences.

Lead, train, and supervise kitchen staff to maintain quality and efficiency

• Ensure all food safety and sanitation standards are followed in accordance with health regulations
• Maintain inventory and order kitchen supplies as needed
• Collaborate with management to plan menus and accommodate special dietary requests
• Monitor kitchen equipment and report any maintenance needs

Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
• Flexibility to work various shifts as needed

Competitive pay of $18.00 - $20.00 per hour, paid bi-weekly
