Track international purchase orders from supplier shipment through final delivery to ensure on-time delivery

• Monitor transit milestones, including factory ship dates, port departures, customs clearance, and domestic delivery
• Communicate regularly with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to confirm status and resolve issues
• Update shipment status, review shipping documentation, and provide timely updates to internal stakeholders

1-3 years of experience in expediting, logistics, supply chain, or import operations

• Basic understanding of international shipping, import processes, customs clearance, and freight documentation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:30 PM, 1-hour lunch

Pay Details: $27.95 per hour
