Within our Civil Engineering practice, we are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to join our growing team. This role offers the opportunity to lead and support a wide variety of civil engineering projects across multiple sectors, including transportation, water/wastewater, community infrastructure, stormwater, and private development. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated leader who enjoys managing projects, mentoring staff, collaborating with clients, and contributing to business development while working on diverse and impactful infrastructure projects.
Lead and manage civil engineering projects from planning through design and construction.
Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality results.
Develop and manage project scopes, schedules, and budgets.
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, agencies, and project partners.
Provide technical oversight and QA/QC review.
Mentor and support early in career staff and project engineers.
Assist with business development, including proposals and client relationship management.
Contribute to a variety of projects, which may include:

Water distribution and wastewater systems (preferred)
Stormwater and drainage infrastructure
Municipal and public works projects
Transportation-related projects, including trails, roadway rehabilitation, and new roadway design
Land development and site design for private development and public/institutional projects
Work on a diverse portfolio of civil engineering projects.
Collaborate with municipalities, developers, and regulatory agencies.
Help shape the future of infrastructure and communities in northern Nevada.
Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects.
Experience developing project budgets and managing financial performance.
Experience delivering projects within one or more of our core market sectors, including transportation, water/wastewater, community infrastructure, stormwater, and private development.
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
A minimum of 7 years of progressive, relevant engineering and project management experience.
