Key Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness and proper storage of all china, glassware, and silverware, ensuring they meet sanitation standards.

Assist kitchen staff in maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen, storage areas, and all equipment.

Clean and sanitize all utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment regularly.

Support proper food storage and rotation to ensure freshness and safety.

Follow safety and sanitation policies and procedures at all times.

Assist with inventory management and report any damaged or missing items.

Contribute to a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent; experience in a hotel, restaurant, or related field preferred.

Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in stressful situations.

Physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods.

Knowledge of sanitation and safety standards in food service.

Ability to work well as part of a team and follow instructions.

Ability to work weekends and holidays.
