Your Impact: What You'll Do: As a Direct Support Professional, you'll serve as a mentor, coach, and advocate, empowering individuals to reach their personal goals while building confidence and independence.

Empower Independence: Support individuals in developing daily living, social, and community integration skills.

Encourage self-confidence, decision-making, and personal growth.

Foster Meaningful Experiences: Plan and facilitate engaging recreational, educational, and life-skills activities.

Help individuals discover new interests, talents, and opportunities.

Connect with the Community: Assist participants during community outings, volunteer opportunities, and recreational activities.

Encourage meaningful relationships and community involvement.

Promote Person-Centered Support: Provide compassionate care while respecting each individual's choices, dignity, and goals.

What We're Looking For: We're looking for people who lead with compassion, reliability, and a genuine desire to help others succeed.

Required Qualifications: Applicants must meet: High school diploma or GED with at least two years of relevant work or life experience.

Additionally, candidates must have: A valid driver's license.

Reliable personal transportation with current insurance.

Ability to complete required background screenings.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

A positive, dependable, team-oriented attitude.
