Licensed Clinical Social Worker / Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Location: San Quentin, CA Pay: $74–$78/hour, based on license and local/travel status Schedule: Full-time contract

Care Career is seeking an experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist for a full-time contract opportunity in a correctional healthcare setting in San Quentin, CA.

This role provides mental health services to adult patients in a secure facility setting. The clinician will complete assessments, treatment planning, crisis intervention, documentation, and ongoing clinical support as part of an interdisciplinary healthcare team.

Provide clinical assessments and mental health services to assigned patients * Complete treatment plans, progress notes, and required documentation * Provide crisis intervention and suicide risk assessments as needed * Support patients with serious mental illness, trauma, substance use history, and other behavioral health needs * Communicate with medical, mental health, and custody teams * Maintain professional boundaries and follow all facility policies and procedures

Active California LCSW or LMFT license * Minimum 12 months of recent clinical experience preferred * BLS certification preferred or required by facility * Ability to work in a correctional/secure healthcare environment * Must be able to complete required onboarding, background clearance, and facility compliance requirements * Strong documentation, communication, and crisis intervention skills
