Phlebotomist - Now Hiring

Olgam Life focuses solely on the aggregation aspect of the donation process, enabling us to focus more closely on the care our donors receive.
This position is responsible for the processes of collection preparation, phlebotomy, venipuncture site care, monitoring, reaction management, and donor release of all donors that present to an Olgam Plasma Center location. The Phlebotomist will ensure donation safety while donating, and follow all federal, local, and organizational standards related to this determination.
Free Paid Training at minimum wage
Hourly Pay Rate: $23 / HR
Saturday plus one other weekday
Performs phlebotomy for whole blood sample draws.
Manage donor reactions and responds immediately to all donor safety concerns.
Perform troubleshooting activities related to the pheresis equipment.
Performs routine equipment cleaning and supply restocking as needed.
A minimum of 6 months' experience performing phlebotomy in a clinical setting is preferred
Familiarization with electronic systems/platforms used to organize, track, and execute tasks
High School diploma or equivalent such as a GED.
