Procurement Specialist - Mandarin Bilingual
A major global tech company is seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven Procurement Specialist to support its recruitment services category. This is a 12-month contract role with potential for extension. The ideal candidate is reliable, analytical, and fluent in both English and Chinese, with the ability to manage procurement workflows independently in a fast-moving environment.
Manage the full procurement lifecycle for recruitment services, including purchase requests, PO execution, and vendor coordination
Conduct market research and data analysis across staffing, executive search, and background check industries to support sourcing decisions
Maintain accurate and organized procurement records across ERP and OA systems
Partner cross-functionally with HR, finance, and business stakeholders to ensure timely and compliant procurement execution
3+ years of procurement or sourcing experience; Proficiency in Excel and ERP/OA systems for data tracking and reporting
- Chinese proficiency (spoken and written) required
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
