Located just 15 minutes north of Santa Barbara, California or 20 minutes south of Buellton, California, El Capitan Canyon Resort offers a luxury glamping environment on 300 acres in a stunning natural setting. As a Resort Ambassador, you will work with a dedicated team to provide a world‑class guest experience and help maintain the resort's integrity and security.
As Resort Ambassador, you will report to our Guest Services Manager.
Greet all visitors, vendors, and contractors directing them to their destinations.
Answer the telephone courteously and relay information to appropriate channels.
Receive and track packages and mail for resort operations.
Assist with noise complaints, parking issues, or other security responsibilities as needed.
Good customer service skills.
Basic computer proficiency, including email and internet.
