Collaborating seamlessly with interdisciplinary teams, including nurses and physicians, to maximize patient outcomes

Guiding patients and their families through therapeutic goals and discharge planning

Documenting assessments, treatments, and progress in compliance with regulatory requirements

Engaging in multidisciplinary team meetings to ensure cohesive care

Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent from an accredited institution

Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist

Additional certifications in specialized areas such as neurology or geriatrics are advantageous but not mandatory
