Nursing MEDSURG RN

Registered Nurse - Med-Surg
This is a 13-week contract position.
Shift: Weekly Monday Orientations from 19:00 to 07:00
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for our Med-Surg unit. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in Med-Surg nursing. This role requires effective teamwork and a commitment to patient care, ensuring positive outcomes for our diverse adult and geriatric population.

Provide comprehensive patient assessments and care.
Administer medications and treatments in accordance with established protocols.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support patient care plans.
Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
Document patient information and care activities accurately in the EHR (Meditech).

Minimum of 5 years' experience in Med-Surg nursing.
Current BLS certification required.
Ability to float to other units as necessary.
