In the Float Pool, you will work with diverse populations of patients in numerous units, departments and/or locations while learning from many of our best caregivers. Still, you will find a solid, united culture, where caregivers continuously encourage each other to be their best and provide unparallel patient care. Every day, you will be celebrated for all you bring to Cleveland Clinic as an RN.
11:30 p.m. with every other weekend and holiday rotation requirements.
Provide direct nursing care.
Implement and monitor patient care plans.
Evaluate, update and revise plan of care to facilitate achievement of planned and expected outcomes
Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
Educate patients and family with educational materials considering cultural issues and other special concerns
Administer prescribed medications and treatment in accordance with approved nursing protocol
Graduate from an accredited School of Professional Nursing (Diploma, ADN or BSN program)
Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
One year current acute care RN experience in a hospital setting or Military RN License
Bachelor of science in nursing (BSN)
