Nurse Practitioner

A Nurse Practitioner is needed at a primary care practice in Glide, Oregon.
Located on the North Umpqua, the primary care clinic we are recruiting for is a well-established community-based health organization that also has a residency program. RVU Production/Bonus model in addition to base salary

• Sign On Bonus: $15,000
• Health Insurance for provider and their family is paid 100% (including co-pays) by employer.
• Cell phone stipend $1020/year
• 7 Paid Holidays
• Relocation: Yes – amount determined case by case.

3+ years of experience in Primary Care or Family Medicine.

• M-F daytime clinic hours.
• 1 weekend out of every 8 weeks provider will take call over the phone.
