The Position As a Warehouse Operations Manager , we need someone who's ready to lead from the floor-not from behind a desk. This is not an administrative-only position. You'll be immersed in all aspects of our operation, learning the business from the ground up while making a direct and lasting impact.
At least 1 year of management experience in a Special Events/ Trade Show Furniture distribution center
What You'll Do Oversee and participate in daily warehouse operations: prepping, picking, shipping, and delivery.
Train, coach, and rebuild warehouse and delivery teams with a focus on accountability, performance, and team culture.
Monitor quality standards and inspect inbound/outbound orders.
Route delivery trucks in coordination with Branch Managers to ensure smooth, efficient service.
Lead weekly Operations/Sales calls to align cross‑functional teams.
Handle delivery issues as they arise‑creatively and proactively.
Manage triage, inspect returned product, and approve inventory for restocking.
A team builder who can inspire and develop a crew that delivers results.
Detail-oriented and highly organized with excellent planning and time management skills.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
Qualifications Previous experience managing a furniture warehouse strongly preferred.
Forklift certified or willing to obtain AFR certification.
