Reports to the Operations Manager or General Manager Education: BS Engineering Degree – Mechanical Discipline preferred PE License MBA an added plus Experience: 7-15 years in engineering and design with at least 5 years of experience in project management The role of Senior Lead Engineer involves managing projects within the Engineering Teams to oversee the scope, schedule, and budget. The role requires client interface for technical discussions and occasional site visits. Collaboration with the Business Development Manager or Project Managers to gain new business opportunities is also expected. Manage projects within the Engineering scope.

Oversee project costs and work with the Operations Manager to effectively keep the projects in budget on time while meeting quality standards.

Strong technical writing skills.

Experience in piping, process, and equipment design in an industrial environment.

Experience with processing water and gas systems is a plus.

Finite Element Analysis experience is a plus.

Thorough understanding of industry standards for machinery and installation drawings.

AutoCAD proficiency preferred.
