Head of Recruiting & HR

3–5+ years of experience in Human Resources, People Operations, Office Management, or a related field.

Experience supporting the full employee lifecycle, including recruiting, onboarding, and offboarding.

Ability to coordinate office operations, vendors, and workplace logistics.

Experience planning employee engagement activities, recognition programs, or company events.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS platforms.

Knowledge of HR administration, employee relations, benefits support, and leave management.

They are seeking a People & Culture Generalist who enjoys balancing HR responsibilities with office operations while helping foster a positive company culture.

Coordinate the full recruitment process, including posting positions, scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and supporting hiring managers.

Facilitate a smooth onboarding experience by preparing new hire documentation, coordinating orientation activities, and conducting follow-up check-ins.

Serve as a resource for employee questions, HR requests, employment verification, and other day-to-day People Operations needs.

Manage employee separation processes, including exit interviews, documentation, and administrative processing.

Oversee daily office operations, including vendor relationships, office supplies, mail services, catering, and workplace expenses.

Organize employee appreciation events, team-building activities, and workplace engagement initiatives.

Assist with benefits administration, leave of absence coordination, and other HR administrative functions.

Prepare HR reports and analyze employee data to help support People Operations initiatives.

Provide general administrative support to the Human Resources team as business needs arise.
