As a Material Handler, you'll play a critical role in keeping production running smoothly by ensuring materials, parts, and supplies are delivered safely, accurately, and on time.
Organize, store, transport, and stage materials, parts, and supplies throughout the facility.
Accurately complete routers, tags, and other inventory documentation.
Maintain accurate inventory and report shortages, overages, or material concerns.
Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to move materials throughout the facility.
Complete inventory and material transactions accurately within Oracle.
Deliver parts and supplies to production teams to maximize efficiency.
Support other warehouse and production activities as assigned.
Forklift experience preferred; ability to become forklift certified is required.
Experience working in a manufacturing, warehouse, or distribution environment is a plus.
Ability to prioritize work with minimal supervision.
Basic computer skills and the ability to accurately complete inventory transactions.
Ability to communicate effectively in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
Dependability, teamwork, and a commitment to safety and quality.
Successfully complete a visual acuity examination as required for the position.
Push and pull materials weighing up to 25 pounds.
Stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
Frequently bend, twist, reach overhead, and handle materials throughout the workday.
Operate a forklift for extended periods.
