Position Type: Full Time

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, front desk protocols, and appropriate emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.

Monitor lobby and entry activity, assist with visitor check-in processes, verify credentials as directed, and help to deter unauthorized access through attentive front desk presence.

Maintain accurate front desk logs, incident reports, and visitor records, and support access control, package handling, and other security-related administrative tasks as assigned.

Answer questions, provide directions, and support daily operations with professionalism while following Allied Universal standards and site-specific policies.

Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.

Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
