Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm; additional hours and rotating Saturday's as needed
Job Responsibilities Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups
Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner
Process billing information and collect payments when required
Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis
Provide superior customer service to all patients
Administrative and clerical duties as necessary
Travel to additional sites when needed
Minimum Qualifications Valid Washington State-issued Phlebotomy License
Preferred Qualifications 3 or more months of phlebotomy experience
6 or more months of current or prior Labcorp experience in phlebotomy
Additional Job Standards In lieu of state license requirement listed above, an application for a phlebotomy license filed with the WA Department of Health at time of hire may meet license requirement.

Pay Range Pay Range: $22.30 - $27.69 per hour All job offers will be based on a candidate’s skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.

Employees regularly scheduled to work less than 20 hours, Casual, Intern, and Temporary employees are only eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan.
